India is the world’s leading GCC destination, home to a growing concentration of multinational R&D centres, engineering hubs and enterprise capability teams. As the ecosystem matures, leadership depends on sector-specific depth, not general infrastructure.

The GCC CoE Programme is a virtual, knowledge-driven ecosystem connecting industry, academia, government and technology partners across India’s priority GCC sectors. No physical infrastructure is required.
